Using the store
These terms apply when you browse Saphinaé, create an account, or place an order. You must provide accurate account, customization, billing, and delivery information and keep your account secure.
Products, prices, and orders
Product colours and details may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, and hand-finishing. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. Availability, product details, and dispatch estimates may change before an order is accepted. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing, stock, or customization error.
Bond payment and cash on delivery
Each product may have a fixed bond amount per unit. The checkout keeps the full order total and shows the non-refundable bond payable now and the remaining cash-on-delivery balance separately. The bond is paid by bank transfer. The order remains on hold until Saphinaé verifies the payment, then moves into processing. Discounts reduce the cash-on-delivery balance first. Shipping, taxes, and selected paid add-ons remain part of the order balance.
Custom and preorder items
You are responsible for checking bead choices, add-ons, notes, spelling, measurements, and reference images before ordering. We will follow the confirmed selections as closely as practical. Preorder dispatch dates are estimates and may change if materials, production, or delivery services are delayed; we will communicate material changes.
Cancellation
Customers with an account may cancel their own on-hold or processing order from My Account until any item in that order is marked fulfilled or shipped. Stock is restored when an eligible order is cancelled. A bond already recorded as paid is forfeited and no automatic refund is created. Once any item is fulfilled or shipped, the cancellation option is no longer available.
Delivery and order issues
Delivery charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Check your parcel promptly and contact us if it is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Refund and return eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property and liability
Saphinaé branding, product imagery, and site content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. To the extent permitted by law, Saphinaé is not responsible for indirect loss or delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
