Cancellations and refunds
Order cancellations follow the Shipping & Cancellation policy. A verified bond payment is non-refundable when a customer cancels an eligible order and is recorded as forfeited. No automatic refund is created.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. We will review the order and, where the claim is accepted, arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, completion, or refund.
Return approval
Contact Saphinaé before sending an item back. We will confirm whether a return is eligible and provide instructions based on the item condition, confirmed customization, and applicable law. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued using an agreed available method after the returned item, where required, has been received and inspected. Bank or service processing times may apply. Delivery charges are refunded only where required by law or confirmed by Saphinaé as part of the approved resolution.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
