Delivery
We currently deliver within Pakistan. Standard delivery is PKR 250; the final delivery charge is shown at checkout. Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Delivery timing begins after the required bond payment is verified and the order moves into processing.
Processing and preorders
Ready items are prepared before dispatch. Custom pieces may require additional production time. Preorder products show an estimated dispatch date on the product and order details. These dates are estimates; if a material delay occurs, we will contact you using the details on your order.
Order tracking and receipt
When available, dispatch information is shared using your order contact details. The remaining balance shown on the order is payable in cash on delivery. Please inspect the parcel promptly and contact us if it arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
How to cancel
Sign in, open My Account, choose Orders, and use the cancel action for the relevant order. Cancellation is available for your own on-hold or processing order only until any item is marked fulfilled or shipped. Once fulfillment or shipping begins, the cancel action is removed.
Bond treatment
If an eligible order is cancelled before the bond is paid, no bond is due. If the bond has already been verified as paid, it is marked forfeited and is not refunded. The store restores stock when an eligible order is cancelled. Cancellation does not create an automatic refund.
